ATHLETICS
Johnson College offers four inter-collegiate sports to students: basketball, cross-country, golf, and bowling. The College is a member of the highly competitive Eastern Pennsylvania Collegiate Conference (EPCC) and the Johnson College Jaguars compete against institutions such as various campuses of Penn State University, Penn College of Technology, Central Penn College and Luzerne County Community College.
Results from the EPCC Cross-Country Championships
The Championship was held at Luzerne County CC on Sat. Sept. 29, 2007.
There were 93 total runners. In the Women?s Division, our top finisher was Bridgette
Teed (Vet. Science) who medaled in 2nd place with a time of 20:55. Our next place runner was
Michelle Deighton (Diesel) who finished in 9th place with a time of 30:01 on the 2.6 mile course.
In the Men?s Division, our top finisher was Rami Ayad ( Elec. Constr.&Main.) who finished in 10th
Place with a time of 39:13. Our next place runner was Dusan Ondris (Auto.) who finished in 13th
Place with a time of 41:09 on the 5.0 mile course.
