Johnson College specializes in pre-employment testing, matching employer needs with candidates skills and capabilities. Testing can be written, tactile or both. Similar testing can be provided to evaluate a current employee’s skill set for job transfers or promotions.
Assessments/Evaluations
Johnson College can provide assessments and evaluations for companies interested in addressing their training needs. Collaboration with the company through on-site visits and meetings with key staff provide the necessary background to prepare formal recommendations regarding a training curriculum and timeline.
