Mission Statement:
The Office of Institutional Effectiveness serves Johnson College by providing the information needed to make informed, data-driven decisions and by supporting college-wide assessment processes used for continuous improvement.
The Office of Institutional Effectiveness develops and maintains the Institutional Effectiveness Plan in alignment with the Institutional Strategic Plan. As institutional processes evolve, the office prepares Comprehensive Updates to the Institutional Effectiveness Plan to ensure it remains current and responsive to organizational needs.
