NFPA 70E: Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace
Join our WAVE team and Steve Vidal, PE, for an in-depth training on NFPA 70E, the nationally recognized standard that supports OSHA compliance for electrical safety. This course is designed for anyone working on or near energized equipment and focuses on practical ways to reduce risk and prevent serious injuries.
Participants will learn how to identify electrical hazards such as shock, arc flash, and arc blast, perform basic risk assessments, and apply safe work practices. The training also covers the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment.
Our next course is Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 9am to 3:30pm on our Scranton Campus. Course cost is $375.
