Event Accommodations Form
Now that your event is approved, you can proceed with the planning! Please fill out all of your information at least 2 WEEKS before the event. If you do not fill out the information in the required timeframe there is no guarantee that your accommodations will be met.
Friendly reminders to help make your event a success!
- Post a SharePoint announcement about your event.
- If students need to be aware, contact the Student Engagement Office to discuss communication efforts. For example D2L news or Digital Signage.
- Johnson College Banner, contact the Advancement Department.
- Request a Johnson College white tablecloth on the accommodations form.
- Need Johnson College logos or have marketing questions? Check out the style guide under forms on SharePoint or contact the Advancement Department.
