All Associate Degree and Certificate programs approved by Johnson College’s accrediting commission, the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges, are found on campus. The campus is located at 3427 North Main Avenue, Scranton, PA and has seventeen programs of study housed in twelve buildings on campus.
The Veterinary Technology Department is housed on the upper part of campus in the Veterinary Science Center and is a full functioning Veterinary Hospital. The Moffat Student Center houses two computer labs, gymnasium, the College library and the Student Support Services department. Richmond Hall houses the Business Department including both Logistics and Project Management. The Weaver Building contains four distinct departments, Automotive Technology, Biomedical Equipment Technology, Electronic Engineering Technology, and Electrical Construction & Maintenance Technology Departments. Radiologic Technology, Architectural Drafting and Design, and Computer Information Technology are all found in Bingham Hall. Woolworth Hall houses two programs in the right building (Woolworth), Carpentry & Cabinetmaking Technology and Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Technology; and one in the left ( Woolworth Flex Building), Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning Technology. The Diesel Truck Technology Program takes place in the Diesel Center. Physical Therapist Assistant program takes place in the Health Science Technology Center, our newest building which was constructed in 2013. Welding Technology, a certificate program, has a facility at 2001 Roseanna Avenue in Scranton.
All departments have their own technical laboratory areas with appropriate equipment and tooling needed to teach each of the programs effectively. General education classes are taught throughout the classrooms available in all previously mentioned buildings including Richmond Hall which contains six classrooms for lecture and demonstrations. All classrooms are equipped with the technology needed to adequately teach, hold discussions and present information.
