Johnson College Announces New Board Members for 2014-2015

Johnson College announces that five new members have been selected to serve on the Board of Directors. The new members were installed at the April 2014 meeting of the Board of Directors.  New board members include Mr. Bill Bracey, Attorney Marianne Gilmartin, Ms. Maureen Mangan-Mills, Ms. Mary Jo Preno, and Mr. Kenneth Paulino.

Mr. Bracey is president of Bracey’s Shoprite Supermarkets. He is the father of a Johnson College alumnus and resides in Covington Township, PA. Mr. Bracey has other board experience from PA Food Merchants, Associated Wholesale Inc., Affiliated Foods, Scranton Prep and First National Community Bank

Atty. Gilmartin is an attorney and shareholder at Stevens & Lee in Scranton. She holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in legal studies from Marywood University. Atty. Gilmartin has other board experience from Dress for Success Lackawanna, Habitat for Humanity (Lackawanna), Scranton Chamber of Commerce, and Scranton-Lackawanna Industrial Bldg. Co. She resides in Moscow, PA.

Ms. Mangan-Mills is president of Craft Oil Services. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Cedar Crest College in finance and marketing with a minor in economics. Ms. Mangan-Mills is the former president of Greater Pittston Chamber of Commerce and has board experience from Exxon Mobil National Distributor Council and Petro Choice. She resides in Moosic, PA.

Ms. Preno is a Customer Relations Manager at Toyota Scion of Scranton. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Cedar Crest College in sociology with a concentration in business management. She resides in Scranton and has board experience from the Broadway Theatre League of NEPA.

Mr. Paulino is Senior Director of Finance and Business Operations at Vaxserve/Sanofi Pasteur. He holds bachelor’s degrees in accounting and finance from West Chester University and an MBA from the University of Scranton. Mr. Paulino resides in Clarks Summit, PA. He has prior board experience from the United Way of Lackawanna County and is also an organizing committee member of GVTA Small Business Plan Competition.

Joseph Durkin, Vice President of Reilly Associates has been selected as board chairman and David Boniello, Vice President of Marketing and Development at Simplex will serve as vice chairman of the board for the 2014 academic year.
